DESIGNER, AUDRA STACHNIK OF HOTT PINK MATTER TAKES OVER ISSUED'S INSTAGRAM

This all day event with Stachnik will bring us behind the scenes of what a day in the life as the designer of Hott Pink Matter looks like. Sharing future projects, plans and maybe even a tour of her atelier!

During the pandemic, Stachnik learned how to create unique and empowering clothing out of secondhand fabrics found at the thrift shops. Using recycled and secondhand fabrics as a way to reduce the fashion industry's harmful footprint on the earth. Self-taught, Stachnik began gaining confidence in her craftsmanship, as a seamstress and designer-- making sewing and selling clothes her livelihood.
