KIM KARDASHIAN'S NEWEST BUSINESS VENTURE: SKKY PARTNERS, PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

Kim Kardashian co-founded SKKY Partners with private equity veteran, Jay Sammons, former partner at Carlyle Group Inc. Sammons approached Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner earlier this year about starting the firm to make investments in a variety of business sectors including: luxury, hospitality, consumer products, digital commerce, media and entertainment businesses.

Sammons and Kardashian, co-founders and co-managing partners will run day-to-day operations in Boston and Los Angeles along with Jenner, who will serve as partner at the firm. Quite the unique business alliance, with Sammons having spent nearly two decades in the private equity industry and the Kardashian-Jenner clan's recent history as entrepreneurs and media tycoons.

SKKY has not officially made any investments yet, but plans to make its first one before the end of 2022. The co-founders plan to make both control and minority investments in companies, and begin fundraising from institutional investors.
